From new lead to clear follow-up.

We connect forms, calls and bookings to the right person and status. In your current CRM where supported, or in a solution we select and configure together to fit.

CRM pipeline from a new lead to a confirmed appointment

Automation without a process scales the confusion

A new CRM does not solve unclear agreements. If nobody knows where a lead lands, who responds or when a customer receives a review request, automation only makes the problem faster. We define owners, statuses and exceptions first.

  • Leads stay in a shared inbox without an owner.
  • Bookings, forms and calls each receive different follow-up.
  • The supplier controls accounts your team should own directly.

Before anything runs automatically

  • Source Which actions create a lead?
  • Owner Who responds per service or location?
  • Status Which stages does the team use?
  • Exception What needs a manual check?
  • Consent Which communication is appropriate?

What we connect

We do not choose a tool because it has many features. We choose the smallest workable setup your team will use, that serves the customer clearly and can be maintained through supported integrations.

  1. Existing CRM

We map fields, statuses, owners and available supported integrations. What works stays; we do not build a second administration beside the first.

  2. CRM selection

If you have no CRM, we compare and select an appropriate solution together based on volume, team, integrations, management and budget. We then configure the agreed foundation.

  3. Booking and routing

Forms and supported booking providers send the right details to the right calendar, location or colleague. Reserve with Google may only serve as an applicable booking channel through a supported provider; it is not a CRM.

  4. Follow-up and reviews

We automate appropriate confirmations, tasks and reminders. Review requests go neutrally to every relevant customer at the same agreed moment, without rewards, selection or review gating.

  5. Test and handoff

We test every route with your team, document access and responsibilities, and provide guidance for management, changes and safely revoking our access.

What the handoff includes

  • Sources Forms and supported providers
  • Routing Service, location and owner
  • CRM Fields, statuses and tasks
  • Automation Confirmation, follow-up and review
  • Handoff Access, tests and documentation

A workable setup with validated routes, clear owners and documentation — not a black box only the supplier understands.

Automation remains supportive. Your team and customer always retain a clear route.

Can you work with our current CRM?

Often, if the CRM and the relevant forms or booking providers offer a supported integration, API or reliable connector. We verify that first. If a connection cannot be maintained responsibly, we say so and propose a simpler route.

What if we do not have a CRM yet?

We select a solution together that fits your lead volume, team, budget, routing needs and available integrations. We do not sell one standard CRM as the answer for every business, and Reserve with Google is not a CRM: it is only a possible booking channel through supported providers.

Who owns the accounts and what happens at handoff?

Where supported, your business creates or retains the primary account and Studio MED only receives the necessary management rights. At handoff you receive direct access, tested workflows and documentation. You can revoke our access and continue independently or with another partner.
