Cookie policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026. This policy describes which cookies and similar technologies studiomed.be uses, why, and how you manage your choice.

In short

Strictly necessary storage (your cookie choice) is always active. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel only load if you give consent via the cookie banner. Details about those tools are also in our privacy policy.

Necessary storage

We store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage (monkki_cookie_consent), not a tracking cookie. That way we do not have to ask again on every visit. That storage is needed to respect your preference. Contact forms run through Netlify Forms and do not set marketing cookies for that purpose.

Statistics — Google Analytics

After consent we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-70V4MM3MBP) to measure page views, contact clicks (WhatsApp, phone, email) and lead events. We use Google Consent Mode v2: without consent, analytics and advertising storage stay off; after accept those tags run with full consent. IP addresses are anonymised where possible. Processing via Google Ireland Limited. More info in Google’s privacy policy.

Marketing — Meta Pixel

After consent we load the Meta Pixel (ID 1828896934749540) to measure page views, contact clicks and campaign results (including Facebook and Instagram ads). On the thank-you page after a form submission or calendar booking, a Lead event may be sent — only if you previously gave consent. More info in Meta’s privacy policy.

Exact cookie names and periods may change through updates from Google or Meta. We only
          load their scripts after your consent (except YouTube: cookies may appear when you start
          a video).

  Embedded videos (YouTube)
 
On some pages (including Academy) YouTube videos are embedded via the privacy-enhanced
          domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Those embeds usually place
          no tracking cookies until you press play; afterwards Google may set cookies to run the
          player. That falls outside our cookie banner.
 
  Change or withdraw your choice
 
You can change your choice later via the button below or via “Cookie preferences” in the
          menu. Declining after earlier consent reloads the page so Analytics and the Pixel stop
          running. To remove cookies Google or Meta already placed, clear them via your browser
          settings as well.
