Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated: 12 August 2026. This privacy policy explains which personal data Studio MED processes when you get in touch, fill in a form or use this website — including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Facebook Ads.
Who processes your data?
The controller is Studio MED (Sint-Antoniusstraat, 3700 Tongeren-Borgloon, Belgium). We process personal data you voluntarily share by email, WhatsApp or the contact form. VAT: BE10 2109 2670.
Which data?
That may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL and the content of your message. Technical data may also be processed via the website (for example page views) through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — see below and our cookie policy.
Why do we collect that data?
We use contact details to answer your question, schedule a conversation, prepare a collaboration or follow up on our services. We do not sell that data.
Legal basis
For contact and project communication we rely on your consent or on our legitimate interest in responding efficiently and preparing collaborations. For measurement and advertising tools, what is described in our cookie policy applies (consent where required).
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website: page views, navigation, contact clicks and lead events after a form or appointment. That information helps us improve the site. We work with Google Consent Mode v2 so measurement tags do not use advertising or analytics storage without consent. IP addresses are anonymised where possible. Google Analytics only loads after your consent via the cookie banner. More detail is in our cookie policy.
Meta Pixel & Facebook Ads
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) to measure page views, contact clicks and campaign results. That helps us see whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram work, and to make ads more relevant or measure them. After a form or calendar booking on the thank-you page, a Lead event may be sent. Meta Pixel only loads after your consent via the cookie banner.
What happens in practice?
The pixel may place cookies or similar techniques to register visits and conversions. We use Facebook Ads to put Studio MED in front of potential clients. How Meta processes that data further is set out in Meta’s privacy policy. See also our cookie policy.
Do we share data with third parties?
No. We never share your personal data with third parties. We do not sell it, rent it out or pass it on to other companies for their own marketing or other purposes.
Exception: legal obligation
Only if the law requires us to (for example a court order) may data have to be disclosed. For Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, Google’s and Meta’s own processing terms apply as providers of those tools — that processing happens within those services, not as Studio MED “sharing” your contact details with external parties.
How long do we keep data?
We keep contact details no longer than needed to handle your request, deliver our collaboration or meet legal obligations such as accounting and invoicing. Measurement data via Analytics or Meta follows those platforms’ retention periods and our cookie settings.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Access to contact messages is limited to those who need it for follow-up.
Your rights
You can always ask to access, correct or delete your data, as far as the law allows. You can also object to the use of your data, ask us to restrict processing, or — where applicable — withdraw your consent (for example via cookie preferences).
Filing a complaint
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (GBA) in Belgium.
